in the last years I purchased so many sensors and modules, and used so few

Can you guys tell me what I'm doing wrong, or what else do I need to do to be able to successfully flash and actually see the ESP_0 wifi network after reboot ?
On the ESP-01 I just made a bridge on the back side, between GND and IO0 to be able to flash it. It starts flashing, I get the message Success flashing and then, remove the bridge on the back and reboot. But I don't see any wifi to start configure it.
I also tryed nodeMCU flasher, but ith this it takes much longer to flash, and in the end it hangs up and in the LOG tab I see the error you see in the pic bellow.
On the other board, the ESP-12, I connected some female jumper wires from GND to IO0, from GND to IO15, from 3.3v to CHIP_EN as you can see in the bellow photo, and while flashing with ESPEasy Flasher I get the same success message at the end of the process, but after rebooting , I don't see any new wifi to set it up.
On this board I tried to upload a test program from the arduino IDE and it was successfull, it also connected to my network, and my Dashboard has notified me that new device connected to my home network. The device is working, but I don't know what's wrong when trying to flash using ESPEasy.
Do I need to have any pin HIGH or LOW to power on the ESP after flashing ?
Until you guys give me some advice's, I will try to play with the A6 GSM module, and the ESP-12, hope I can make it to send an POST or GET request to my server. I want to include a GSM gateway in my system, so in case of important alarms, or internet connection problems, I will get notified via SMS or from the same pushbullet service that I use now in my dashboard, but that BananaPi can't send notifications if the internet connection is down. BTW. Any plans in adding support to any (cheap) GSM modules ?
Thank you.
