problem with mu esp12 Node MCU

My esp12 reseted after i2c

I have Flash many versions but by all is the same!!
i have no idea, how could i reset the node complet? when i flash a version on it the setup (ip, all configs i make) are saved!! i think i have a problem with the setup but i couldn´t delet them!!!
please help
