Hi, I'm trying to drive a Nema17 step motor too.
Is there a final plugin built in actual release?
I've seen 48 79 98. Is it ok for using with A4988?
Thankyou

Re: direct driving relais from GPIO
Thanks for your observations. The pin zero with pull-up resistor was because sometimes when powering, the system wasn't booting, remaining with the red led. Here in the forum I got this suggestion, with capacitor too. The pinout of the devkit esp32-s3 is numbered as the drawing. In the software I've...

Re: direct driving relais from GPIO
Hi, (after many nights workin about it) this could be my final solution: - to limit the total energy consumption I've adopted bistable relais, so I need only the power to switch - (the bistable relais has two contacts, one for the load and the secodn to report the status of the switch back to esp32)...

perhaps in "ESP32 side" It's better to connect the 3,3v instead of 5V, can someone check the value of the resistors?

Re: choosing the right GPIO
using the ESP32-s3 in the above pinout I guess if i could power it by two pin instead of USB connecor.
I try to connect 0 to gnd and 5v to "5v in" but the unit doesn't boot. It appen only if I press the RST button on the unit
How can I power (and boot) it without USB ?
