Re: Serial MCU controlled relay/switch

I checked with ESP01 and had a problem writing config data. so setting a device destroyed the config. Did you use PUYA-safe builds from the previous stable release on that chip? Hi formerly I used your firmware provided in post #196 https://www.letscontrolit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3245&start...

(solved) hardware initial setting gpio output low not working?

Hi

I did set hardware GPIO 0 to output low.

after reboot. checking state,

Code: Select all

http://192.168.10.17/control?cmd=status,gpio,0
results in high 1:

Code: Select all

{
"log": "",
"plugin": 1,
"pin": 0,
"mode": "input",
"state": 1
}

why is hardware setting ignored?

What am I doing wrong?

(solved)rules define own variable within rules

Hi

is it possible to define a variabe
- like : %ruleversion% = "version"

which can be used later in publish command?

I know the workaround to set a generic dummy device with event and eventvalue, but it would be easier to have a variable within rules to be used after flashing the rules .

rules set 1 -4 dependency clarification required

Hi

I am wondering how the rule set 1 to 4 are related.

My understanding is, I can start a timer 1 or Monitor a GPIO 1 in Ruleset 1
and I can use the timer 1 or check state of GPIO 1 in rules set 2

or is my understanding wrong?
